Job Summary

HighRadius Corporation is growing rapidly, and we are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our Business Finance team. The role involves supporting cross-functional teams such as Consulting Services, Customer Success, Sales & Marketing, G&A, and R&D. You will provide senior management and executives with greater visibility and predictability, along with deeper insights into our business. The position reports to the Director of Business Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, projections, reports, and analysis across various business groups within HighRadius
• Manage revenue, headcount, and expense forecasts
• Coordinate month-end closing activities with accounting
• Project financial results and analyze deviations from projections
• Enhance finance procedures to support hyper-growth and develop new processes
• Improve forecast accuracy and provide strategic recommendations based on business insights
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across verticals to strengthen insights

Qualifications

• MBA in Finance or CA qualification
• 3+ years of FP&A/Controllership experience, preferably in technology, software industry, or SaaS models
• Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills
• Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets, capable of maintaining complex spreadsheets and using various modeling techniques
• Understanding of GAAP and non-GAAP financial metrics
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
