Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain electrical systems in buildings and factories.
• Maintain transformers, diesel generators, power factor, compressor, chiller, UPS and lifts.
• Maintain and upload maintenance department documentation.
• Manage maintenance spares inventory.
• Create the monthly EB and DG bill reports for top management.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance planning.
• Monitor energy consumption and power monitoring system.
• Coordinate with AMC contracts for periodic services.

Role & responsibilities

C License Mandatory

• Operation and Maintenance the electrical systems in Building management and factories.
• Operation and Maintenance the Transformers, Diesel Generator, Power factor, Compressor, Chiller, UPS, Lift.
• Responsible for maintaining & uploading the documentation work related to the Maintenance Department.
• Good knowledge about maintenance spares inventory management system.
• Having knowledge in Excel and presentations
• Preventive Maintenance & Predictive Maintenance Planning.
• Operation and Maintenance of all kinds of Electrical, Mechanical & Utility equipment.
• Good knowledge about plant energy consumption and Power monitoring system.
• Follow all Equipments AMC Contracts as per periodically Services.
• Prepared monthly EB bills and DG bills sent to top level management
