Job summary

BrightHush in India is seeking a full-time Compliance Analyst to join the Compliance team. You will handle inquiries related to CDNA rules and membership obligations, and ensure compliance with CFTC regulations. Conduct compliance monitoring for potential rule violations in trading activity, suspected fraud, and Nadex rule violations.

Prepare written reports for management and committees. You will support the Chief Compliance Officer and senior staff in audit/regulatory requests from the CFTC,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1-3 years in Compliance in financial services, or equivalent experience.
• Should have working knowledge of CFTC Regulations for Designated Contract Markets (reputed company) and Derivatives Clearing Organizations (DCO).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage and work independently to bring tasks to completion in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize job responsibilities.

Responsibilities
