Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar site-based role.
• Experience in Construction, Infrastructure, or EPC industries is mandatory.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Fluency in local/regional language and Hindi; English will be an added advantage.
• Must be based in Mumbai and willing to travel/relocate for PAN India project assignments.

• Act as the primary point of contact for apprentices and construction workers at the site.
• Conduct stay interviews and address employee concerns.
• Build strong relationships with apprentices, workers, supervisors, and site management.
• Resolve grievances and site-level conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
• Support onboarding, engagement, and retention of new joiners.
• Identify high-potential workers and support development initiatives.
• Track retention, attrition, and engagement metrics and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with L&T and 2COMS teams to ensure smooth site operations.
