Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Charge Entry Specialists to ensure productivity and quality targets are achieved.
• Monitor daily operations and ensure timely and accurate charge entry processing.
• Review team performance and provide regular coaching, guidance, and feedback.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of charge entry activities.
• Identify and resolve billing and charge entry discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address operational issues and process improvements.
• Conduct quality audits and implement corrective actions to improve team performance.
• Prepare and analyze productivity, quality, and performance reports.
• Train and onboard new team members on process requirements and client expectations.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage team attendance, leaves, and performance management activities.
