Qualifications

• Law degree from a recognised university mandatory.
• Enrollment with the Bar Council required.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and contract analysis skills preferred.
• Understanding of corporate law and commercial transactions essential.
• Knowledge of FinTech, AIFs, and FEMA/foreign exchange regulations will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills preferred.
• Candidates capable of handling transaction-based work and deadlines efficiently will be preferred.
