Role Overview

UnBlok is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join our team on a part‑time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will deliver high‑quality science education for students in grades 8–12, develop engaging curriculum content tailored to diverse learning needs, and foster a positive and interactive virtual learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver effective and engaging lessons in high school science, aligned with the American curriculum.
• Develop and adapt curriculum materials to meet students' academic needs and learning styles.
• Create an interactive and supportive virtual classroom environment that encourages student participation and success.
• Regularly evaluate students’ progress and provide feedback to promote their holistic development.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism in all interactions with students and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Science and Science Education.
• Qualified Teacher Certification (preferred).
• Proven experience teaching high school science.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or a related education field.
• Experience with remote teaching is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English language and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Availability during the following time slots: 8:00–12:00 AM Mon‑Sat with flexibility for occasional extra classes.
• Reliable laptop, internet connection, and power backup for uninterrupted online sessions (preferred).
• Demonstrated discipline, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
