Job Summary

Systems Engineer who has the experience/aptitude to analyze and troubleshoot Desktops/Laptop issues with the attitude to understand and serve the end user. Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
  2. Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
  3. Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.
  4. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
  5. Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
  6. Follow-up and update customer status and information.
  7. Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues.
  8. Strong drive to provide excellent customer service and experience.
Requirements:
  1. 1-2 years of experience in Tech support or handling Service desk tickets.
  2. Should have good English spoken and written communication skills – Neutral accent.
  3. Experience working with US/EMEA users/clients is preferred.
  4. Willingness to work in US/EMEA timings.
  5. Graduate in Computer Science or equivalent.
  6. Certifications in MCSE & ITIL desirable.
