Naman Staffing seeks a seasoned Heavy Rigging professional in India to lead rigging operations for major plants and structures. You will prepare and review rigging plans, drive constructability reviews, and provide initial project engineering support to ensure efficient execution.

The role requires strong communication skills to share best practices through technical seminars and to manage global partners and vendors for smooth project delivery.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Heavy Rigging operations.
• Proven expertise in preparing and reviewing Rigging Plans for complex projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Cranes, Lifting Gear, and Transport Equipment.
• Strong project engineering skills with a focus on constructability and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering technical seminars.
• Effective relationship management with global partners and vendors.
