Qualifications

• MBA program enrollment with 4+ years of work experience required.
• Experience collaborating with service, product or project groups on cross-functional teams.
• Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, industry research, reporting and internal communication.

Responsibilities

• Works with teams operating within a service group, or product group and/or project group.
• Assists with development, monitoring, coordination and implementation of projects.
• Provides quantitative and qualitative analysis, industry research, reporting and internal communication services with team members.
• Investigates and communicates potential opportunities for process improvement as well as potential project initiatives.

• Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with stakeholders to achieve results.
• May mentor colleagues or direct work of junior professionals.
• Spends majority of time delivering and overseeing projects from design to implementation while adhering to policies.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• This is a temporary position.
• Responsible for working with teams operating within a service group, or product group and/ or project group.
• Assists with the development, monitoring, coordination and implementation of projects.

SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM

Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty.

• Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results.
• May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals.
• The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects – from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education.
