Job summary

Accenture Bengaluru is seeking a Health Operations Associate to join the Healthcare Claims team. You will contribute to the administration of health claims, supporting accuracy and efficiency in processing.

The role involves day‑to‑day operations across hospitals and clinics, with a focus on standard procedures, teamwork, and adherence to internal guidelines. 1–3 years of experience and a graduation are expected.

Qualifications

• Primary skill in Healthcare Management is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare operations or related field.
• Graduation in any discipline is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• You will be part of the Healthcare Claims team responsible for the administration of health claims, including core claim processing activities.
• The team handles registering claims, editing, verification, evaluation and examination of claims.
• You will participate in the administration of hospitals, outpatient clinics, hospices and other healthcare facilities.
• Daily operations, department activities, budgeting, quality assurance, patient services and related procedures.

• You will be a part of the Healthcare Claims team which is responsible for the administration of health claims This team is involved in core claim processing such as registering claims editing verification claims evaluation and examination litigation
• The administration of hospitals, outpatient clinics, hospices, and other healthcare facilities.
• This experience includes day to day operations, department activities, medical and health services, budgeting and rating, research and education, policies and procedures, quality assurance, patient services, and public relations.
