Job summary

The Corporate Institute in India is seeking an experienced investment advisory professional to perform technical analyses and advise clients on trading strategies. You will identify opportunities using technical and fundamental analysis, provide guidance on equities, mutual funds, and depository services, and train clients and juniors in charting and trading algorithms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a relevant investment advisory or research role.
• Bachelor's or master's degree acceptable with relevant industry experience or R&D exposure.
• NISM qualification is preferred for compliance and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical analysis on market trends for short, medium and long horizons.
• Identify investment opportunities using technical and fundamental analysis.
• Advise clients on investment decisions and trading strategies.
• Provide advisory services for Equity, Mutual Funds, and Depository Services.
• Monitor macro- and microeconomic indicators and stock movements.
• Analyze markets and stocks and track price movements.
• Communicate with clients by phone and execute buy/sell orders.
• Train clients and juniors on charts and trading algorithms.
• Provide trading calls to juniors for activation.
• Monitor calls for cross-sales opportunities.

Skills

Proven experience in a relevant role

Education

Bachelor's/PG degree acceptable with industry experience or R&D experience

NISM qualification preferred

Responsibilities

• Conducting Technical Analysis on market trends for short, medium & long term investor
• Identifying new investment opportunity for the clients on the basis of Technical and Fundamental analysis
• Advising clients on making investment decisions

Provided advisory service to clients on investment avenues as follows:

• Equity Shares, Mutual funds, Depository Services, Investors queries.
• Keep side by side knowledge of micro & macroeconomic indicators and impact on stock movements.
• Analyses market & stocks and tracked stock fluctuations.
• Communicated with clients via telephone & initiated BUY & SELL order in multiple exchange
• Responsible for training of clients & subordinates about charts and algorithm
• Responsible for providing trading calls to subordinates for activating them
• Responsible for monitoring the calls being generated for cross sales

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a relevant role.
• A bachelor’s/PG degree may also be acceptable if the candidate has experience working within the industry of relevance or general R&D experience.
• NISM Qualified will be preferred
