Job summary

Atharv Consultants is looking for a seasoned plant head to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations in a formulation manufacturing setting. The role requires coordinating production, engineering, maintenance, SCM and EHS while aligning with QA, QC, HR and Regulatory Affairs to resolve bottlenecks and optimize budgets.

Ideal candidates will have 15+ years in formulation manufacturing, with a strong background in mechanical or chemical engineering and pharma industry standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in formulation manufacturing at a pharma/chemicals company.

Responsibilities

• Direct & oversee overall manufacturing plant operations, including production, engineering, maintenance, SCM & EHS.
• Partner with QA, QC, HR, & Regulatory Affairs to resolve bottlenecks and manage plant budgets.
