Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Kolkata is seeking a senior leader to head its retail broking operations function. The role will own end-to-end operations across account opening, KYC, settlements, demat, margin management and client servicing.

The incumbent will drive regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, technology-led process improvements and team leadership, with strong exposure to SEBI, exchanges, depositories and broking operations.

Qualifications

• 10-16 years of relevant experience in retail broking operations.
• Strong hands-on understanding of broking operations, settlements and depository processes.
• Proven leadership experience managing sizeable operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of SEBI, NSE, BSE, NSDL and CDSL regulatory frameworks.
• Experience driving technology-led process improvement and operational transformation.
