Job summary

Aachi Masala Foods Pvt Ltd in Chennai seeks a senior R&D leader to own end-to-end New Product Development and commercialization, driving product innovation, renovation and cost optimization.

You will build and mentor a high-performing R&D team, ensure food safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market across spices, RTC, RTE, pickles, mixes and seasonings.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in FMCG Food Manufacturing.
• Strong leadership experience in Research & Development.
• Proven expertise in spices, RTC, RTE, pickles, mixes and seasonings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) and commercialization.
• Drive product innovation, renovation and cost optimization.
