Head of Recruitment
Job Description:
- Develop and Execute Talent Acquisition Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth plans.
- Lead and Manage the Recruitment Team: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and candidate engagement to assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Enhance our employer brand to attract top talent and ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience.
- Sourcing Innovation: Identify and implement innovative sourcing strategies and channels to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, including leveraging niche job boards, professional networks, and direct sourcing methodologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers across all departments to understand their talent needs, provide strategic guidance, and build strong working relationships.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Establish and track key recruitment metrics, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of service.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Talent Mapping & Pipeline Building: Proactively build talent pipelines for critical roles and anticipate future hiring needs.
- Recruitment Budget Management: Develop and manage the recruitment budget effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills & Experience:- 3+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully building and scaling recruitment functions within a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices in sourcing, assessment, and candidate engagement.
- Strong experience in developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment with experience in tracking and analyzing key metrics to drive decision-making.
- Strong understanding of employer branding principles and candidate experience best practices.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
