The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience, strong skills in quality control tools, and a hands-on approach to ISO/BIS audits. This role includes developing the quality strategy, training team members, and ensuring compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing setup, preferably in solar or renewable energy.
• Strong understanding of quality control tools such as FMEA, SPC, CAPA.
• Hands-on experience leading ISO/BIS audits.

• Lead the overall quality strategy for the plant operations.
• Establish and maintain QMS (ISO, BIS, and other relevant standards).
• Ensure in-process and final product quality through audits and compliance.

Frontier Energies is looking for a seasoned and detail-driven Head of Quality to lead our quality assurance and control functions across all manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall quality strategy for the plant operations
• Establish and maintain QMS (ISO, BIS, and other relevant standards)
• Ensure in-process and final product quality through audits and compliance
• Work closely with production, maintenance, and R&D for process optimization
• Train and guide quality team members across all shifts
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Interface with third-party auditors, clients, and certifying bodies

Required Skills

• Experience: 8+ years in a manufacturing setup (solar or renewable energy preferred)
• Strong understanding of quality control tools (FMEA, SPC, CAPA, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in leading ISO/BIS audits
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to set up and scale quality systems in a fast-growing company
