Job summary

Entirety Hr Solutions is scaling up its nutraceutical production and seeks a hands-on Head of QA to own the entire quality system and lead the QA team. The role demands building robust documentation, ensuring audit readiness, and maintaining strict quality across tablets, capsules, gummies, sachets and syrups.

You will drive quality improvements, oversee stability studies, CAPA, and coordination with R&D and production to ensure no compromise on quality as volume grows.

Qualifications

• Own the Quality Management System (QMS) across the facility.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with WHO-GMP, FSSAI, ISO and applicable export-market requirements.
• Maintain audit readiness at all times; host and lead regulatory, customer and certification audits.
• Oversee change control, deviations, CAPA, market complaints and recalls with proper root-cause rigour.
• Approve/reject raw materials, packaging, in-process and finished goods against defined specifications.
• Oversee stability studies (ICH climatic zones, water activity, shelf-life) and translate findings into action.
• Drive investigation and resolution of product stability and quality challenges alongside R&D and production.
• Own the full documentation framework: SOPs, BMRs/BPRs, specifications, protocols, COAs and logs.
• Enforce good documentation practices and data integrity across the facility.
• Ensure batch records and quality documents are complete, accurate and review-ready.
• Lead, mentor and grow the QA team; build capability and accountability as headcount scales.
• Set quality culture across the plant and align QA closely with production, R&D and procurement.

Job description

We are scaling up production across a growing portfolio of nutraceutical SKUs tablets, capsules, gummies,

sachets and syrups — and need a Head of QA who can ensure quality keeps pace with volume, with zero

compromise. This is a leadership role for someone ambitious and hands-on: you will own the entire quality

system, lead and develop the QA team, and build the documentation and controls that let us expand confidently

while staying audit-ready at all times. We want a genuine go-getter who improves how things are done rather than

simply policing them.

Key Responsibilities

Quality systems & compliance
