Job summary

Della Group in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Project Lead for end-to-end township infrastructure planning and execution. You will manage multi-package deliveries across roads, drainage, utilities, and external works, coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors to meet schedules and quality targets.

Experience in large-scale infrastructure, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and AutoCAD are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• 10–12+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure, township, real estate, mixed-use, industrial, or integrated development projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of township infrastructure works with schedules, milestones, resource plans, and execution strategies.
• Oversee execution of roads, drainage, sewerage, water supply, utilities, earthworks, electrical infrastructure, and external development.
• Coordinate with Architects, Master Planners, Consultants, MEP, Landscape, and Structural teams; review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and submissions.
• Manage contractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams; monitor progress, quality, and contractual deliverables; conduct reviews.
• Monitor budgets, quantities, measurements, variations, and contractor billing; drive cost control and value engineering.
• Ensure QA/QC, HSE compliance, and statutory approvals; coordinate with authorities for NOCs and clearances.
• Track progress vs schedules; prepare MIS, dashboards, and management reports; develop recovery plans for delays.
• Lead testing, commissioning, snag closure, and final handover; mentor the project team and ensure proper documentation.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of township infrastructure works. Prepare project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and execution strategies. Ensure timely delivery within approved time, cost, and quality parameters.
• 2. Infrastructure Development Oversee execution of roads, drainage, sewerage, water supply, utilities, earthworks, electrical infrastructure, and external development. Ensure coordination and seamless execution across all infrastructure packages.
• 3. Design & Technical Coordination Coordinate with Architects, Master Planners, Consultants, MEP, Landscape, and Structural teams. Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, technical submissions, and site requirements. Resolve design and technical issues affecting execution.
• 4. Contractor & Consultant Management Manage contractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams. Monitor progress, productivity, quality, and contractual deliverables. Conduct regular project review meetings and ensure timely closure of issues.
• 5. Cost & Commercial Management Monitor project budgets, quantities, measurements, variations, and contractor billing. Drive cost control and value engineering. Coordinate with Procurement and Finance for project requirements.
• 6. Quality, Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, QA/QC standards, HSE requirements, and statutory regulations. Coordinate with relevant authorities for approvals, NOCs, and clearances.
• 7. Progress & MIS Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify delays/risks. Prepare project MIS, dashboards, and management reports. Develop recovery plans for critical delays.
• 8. Handover & Team Leadership Lead testing, commissioning, snag closure, and final handover of infrastructure works. Manage, mentor, and develop the project infrastructure team. Ensure proper project documentation and as-built records.

Job Expectations:

Strong experience in handling large-scale township infrastructure and multi-package project execution.

Proven experience managing multiple contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.

Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure, construction methodologies, contracts, BOQs, project planning, cost control, and quality management.

Experience in managing projects from pre-construction through execution and final handover.

Strong understanding of statutory approvals and coordination with government/local authorities.

Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management/MIS tools.

Strong leadership, negotiation, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to manage high-value projects under tight timelines and deliver results in a fast-paced township environment.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Minimum Job Experience:
