Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Mumbai seeks an exceptionally experienced Head PMS Operations to lead end-to-end reconciliation for Wealth Spectrum, NAVs, holdings, and cash flows. You will own WS reconciliation across custodians, FA, and bank records and drive audit-ready data integrity.

The role demands independent problem solving, deep understanding of PMS structure, and strong Excel and cross-team coordination to resolve complex breaks and regulatory reporting requirements.

Job Summary:

We are looking to hire a highly experienced and system-driven PMS Wealth Spectrum expert with deep expertise in end-to-end reconciliation across Wealth Spectrum (WS), Custody statements, Fund Accountant (FA), and Bank records.

The ideal candidate must have strong operational control over the Wealth Spectrum system, understand PMS regulatory nuances, and be capable of independently handling complex reconciliation gaps, breaks, and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Wealth Spectrum (WS) Reconciliation Expertise:
  • Perform daily / periodic reconciliation between Wealth Spectrum vs Custodian Statements, Wealth Spectrum vs Fund Accountant (FA), and Wealth Spectrum vs Bank Statements.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve cash breaks, security quantity/value mismatches, corporate action mismatches, and trade date vs settlement date differences.
  • Ensure accurate reflection of NAV, holdings, cash balances, and contributions in WS.
• 2. Custody, FA & Bank Coordination:
  • Coordinate with Custodians, Fund Accountants, and internal teams to resolve reconciliation breaks.
  • Validate FA reports against WS data and investigate discrepancies.
  • Ensure custody confirmations align with system records.
• 3. Audit & Compliance Support:
  • Support internal, statutory, and SEBI PMS audits by providing reconciliation workings, explaining system logic and data flow, and justifying break resolutions with documentation.
  • Maintain audit-ready data integrity in Wealth Spectrum at all times.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Wealth Spectrum software (Holistic / PMS module).
• Strong command over PMS reconciliation logic.
• Deep understanding of PMS structure, cash flows, and reporting.
• Ability to independently close reconciliation breaks.
• Excellent Excel skills for reconciliation workings.
• Exposure to multiple custodians.
• Experience in PMS audits & regulatory reporting.
• Knowledge of SEBI PMS compliance framework.
