Job summary

Manav Management Group Faridabad seeks a Plant Head for Automotive Rubber Components based in Nagpur. The role oversees production, dispatch coordination with QA and PPC, and costing of the machine shop. You will implement SOPs for operations involving cutting blades, knives, and metal tools.

Ideal candidates will have strong manufacturing leadership, cost control expertise, and the ability to drive efficiency in a high-volume plant environment in the Delhi/ NCR region footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing teams in a plant setting.
• Strong costing and budgeting skills for machine shop operations.
• Ability to implement and enforce standard operating procedures across multiple operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle production tasks and manage day-to-day shop floor operations.
• Coordinate dispatches with QA department and PPC to ensure timely shipments.
• Oversee costing and cost optimization for the machine shop and tooling.
• Develop and implement standard operating instructions for all operations including blades, knives and metal processing tools.
