Role Objective
This is a mission-critical leadership position representing the organization at aPan-India level. The Head of Operations will be responsible forstrategizing, leading, and scaling large-scale service delivery operationsfor property-vetting services across 450+ locations in India. The role requires a proven leader who hasbuilt and scaled businesses from 0 to 1, managed distributed manpower, and driven operational excellence. This position reports directly to senior leadership and plays a key role in drivinggrowth, profitability, and nationwide expansion.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- 12 - 15 years of experience inbuilding and managing large-scale operationsin startups or high-growth organizations.
- Proven expertise inmanpower planning, P&L ownership, sales growth & expansion, and new market development.
- Experience instakeholder management, growth strategy, demand vs. supply planning, and SLA-driven service delivery.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leveragedata analysis and reportingfor decision-making.
- Prior experience in managinglargerdistributed manpower (freelancers or on-roll) across multiple geographiesis highly desirable.
- Sector background is flexible, provided the candidate has demonstratedscaling capability at a Pan-India level.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a network of600+ freelance vetting lawyers across 450+ locations in India.
- Plan, schedule, and monitorbranch visits and service assignments nationwide.
- Ensure seamless execution oflegal vetting, document drafting, registrations, search reports, and MODT activities.
- Drivesales growth, new market expansion, and business scalabilitythrough operational strategy.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage freelance lawyers and paralegal teams to maintain full operational coverage.
- Develop frameworks forresource allocation, workload distribution, and operational efficiency.
- Build strongstakeholder relationshipswith regional teams, client branches, and advocates.
- Monitorproductivity, turnaround times, and SLA complianceto ensure client satisfaction.
- Driveprocess improvementsfor speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
- Own and manage theP&L for the operations vertical.
- Provideperiodic performance reports and data-driven insightsto senior leadership.
