Job summary

The Corporate Institute in India invites an experienced Operations Manager to bridge executive management with administrative, hiring, networking and related teams. You will present critical matters and oversee multiple tasks while maintaining clear communication with leadership.

You will engage with banks, exchanges, consultants, brokers, and service providers to source optimal solutions within India's financial landscape, and lead discussions with providers for colocation infra, low-latency

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience as operations manager for middle/back office in a reputed financial firm.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a team leader in a recognized financial firm.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and carry out various responsibilities.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree from a top college or university.
• Brilliant problem-solving and analytics (number crunching) skills.
• Assertive and clear style of communication with fluency in English.
