At Elses Digital System Pvt. Ltd., we believe that strong leadership is the backbone of successful operations. We are looking for a strategic, hands-on, and experienced Operations Head to lead and scale our internal functions across multiple departments including HR, Training, Finance, After-Sales Service, Sales, and Warehouse Ecommerce.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, streamline processes, and drive growth with accountability and innovation.

Key Objectives

  • Build and implement a streamlined operational strategy to enhance productivity.
  • Improve interdepartmental coordination, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Strengthen team performance through clear KPIs and leadership mentoring.
  • Identify opportunities for cost-saving, innovation, and business growth.
  • Align operations with the company's vision and long-term goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments (HR, Finance, Training, Service, Sales, Warehouse, Stores and Website).
  • Define and track performance metrics, ensuring operational goals are met.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives to build high-performing teams.
  • Design and enforce company-wide processes, SOPs, and compliance standards.
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource utilization efficiently.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to execute business strategies.
  • Ensure timely resolution of conflicts, employee grievances, and inter-team issues.
  • Promote a positive and productive work culture across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations leadership or a similar role.
