A leading designer and manufacturer in medical equipment is seeking a Director of Growth to own product design, engineering, and innovation processes. This role demands expertise in Fusion 360 and SolidWorks, alongside strong leadership in manufacturing practices. Responsibilities include leading research, standardization of products, driving new product design, and mentoring the engineering team. The position offers a full-time contract, focusing on engineering, design, and product management, based in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Formación

• B.E./B.Tech is required; Master's is preferred for educational qualifications.
• Expertise in Fusion 360 and SolidWorks is mandatory.
• Strong experience in manufacturing and quality documentation is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead market research and concept validation for NPD.
• Own standardization and documentation of products.
• Drive execution of new product designs and testing systems.
• Mentor the design engineering team and maintain BOM architecture.
• Set up and execute testing systems: cycle testing, load testing, drop tests, IEC60601 compliance framework.
• Lead robotic welding implementation with production.
• Create and maintain complete BOM architecture: Master, laser, production, assembly & ERP BOMs.
• Mentor, review, and scale the in‑house design engineering team.
• Own Fusion 360 / CAD ecosystems, drawing release, and revision control.
• Ensure 10-year warranty readiness through validation, testing, and field feedback loops.

About the Company: Aslam Enterprises (A Qasre Company) is a leading designer and manufacturer of Hospital Furniture with a Pan India presence, operating and manufacturing from Hyderabad, Telangana.

About the Role: Own end-to-end product design, engineering, research, testing, documentation, and manufacturing readiness for all hospital furniture and equipment. Lead NPD innovation, standardization, automation (robotic welding), and deliver measurable quality, cost, and time improvements within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead market, user & clinical research for NPD including benchmarking, gap analysis, and concept validation.
• Own complete standardization & documentation for beds, carts, food tables, cabinets & accessories.
• Drive NPD execution: Crash/Emergency carts, OT & birthing beds, ER stretcher, smart beds, monitor trolleys, aluminium-extrusion products.
• Deliver Design for Manufacturing (DFM), jigs, fixtures, welding & assembly instructions.
• Set up and execute testing systems: cycle testing, load testing, drop tests, IEC60601 compliance framework.
• Lead robotic welding implementation with production.
• Create and maintain complete BOM architecture: Master, laser, production, assembly & ERP BOMs.
• Mentor, review, and scale the in‑house design engineering team.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Product Design (Master’s preferred)
