Job summary

Artius Interior Products is seeking a Head Projects to lead the complete project execution for its luxury residential projects. You will coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and site teams to ensure on-time delivery within quality and commercial standards.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in project management/execution.
• Experience in luxury residential, premium building products, construction, architectural products, doors & windows, facade, wood engineering or allied industries.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across India as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of luxury residential projects from handover to final completion.
• Establish project plans, execution schedules, milestones, resource requirements, and monitoring mechanisms.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery as per timelines.
• Drive coordination between Design, Engineering, Costing, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Installation and Site Execution teams.
• Review drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, quantities and execution requirements with relevant teams.
• Monitor manufacturing/fabrication and site installation schedules for seamless execution.
• Identify project risks and delays and implement corrective actions proactively.
• Lead project review meetings and maintain reporting on cost, timeline, quality, manpower, material and progress.
• Ensure coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, clients and other stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, quality standards and project requirements.
• Manage project-level escalations and resolve execution-related issues.
• Monitor project costs and work with Costing/Commercial and Procurement teams to control profitability.
• Develop and implement standardized project execution processes, SOPs, MIS and reporting systems.
• Build, mentor and manage a strong PM and site execution team.
• Conduct regular site visits and project audits to ensure quality and progress.
• Ensure proper documentation, handover, snag closure and project completion.
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, productivity, quality and customer experience.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Head Projects to lead the complete project execution function across Artius’ luxury residential projects. The role will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within committed timelines, quality standards, and commercial parameters while coordinating closely with internal teams, architects, clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.

• Proven experience managing high-value, customized residential projects from planning through completion.
• Strong understanding of project planning, execution, costing, procurement, engineering and site operations.
• Experience managing multiple projects and large cross-functional teams.
• Strong commercial understanding with the ability to monitor project costs, margins and resource utilization.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across India as required.
