Michael Page is seeking a senior project executive for large-scale Capex programs in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing project lifecycles and ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The successful candidate will have over 20 years of project execution experience, especially in greenfield manufacturing projects worth ₹5,000 Cr or more, and a mandatory Engineering degree.

  • Commissioning and ramp‑up
• Establish and drive:

  • Reporting systems and project controls
• Build, mentor, and scale the Capex organization in line with business growth.
• Institutionalize best‑in‑class project management practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience in executing large greenfield manufacturing projects (₹5,000 Cr+ scale).
• Preferred industries:
  • Solar / Renewable Energy
  • Semiconductor / Electronics
  • Batteries / Energy Storage
  • Metals, Cement, Petrochemicals
• 20+ years of experience in Project Execution environment, mostly from OEM/Developers/Owners and NOT EPC companies.
• Engineering Degree is a MUST.
