Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Projects, located in Bengaluru. The Head of Projects will be responsible for overseeing all project activities, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Day-to-day tasks include managing project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, developing project plans, and mitigating risks. The role involves regular reporting on project progress and performance to senior management. This position requires a strategic mindset, excellent organizational abilities, and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all project activities to ensure timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Manage project teams and coordinate with stakeholders across functions.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
