Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Product to lead our product strategy and execution. This role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle in fast-paced, growth-driven environments. The ideal candidate will be customer-obsessed, data-driven, and experienced in streamlining user onboarding and driving key growth metrics such as MAU, DAU, app downloads, and page views.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle: from problem identification and product strategy to roadmap planning and execution.
- Define and translate product vision into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes.
- Drive innovation by deeply understanding customer needs (both B2B and B2C), identifying product gaps, and launching features that improve user experience and grow revenue.
- Analyze competitor products to identify market opportunities and points of differentiation.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver high-impact features and products.
- Work with Marketing and Sales to increase website traffic, qualified leads, and mobile app downloads.
- Support data-driven decision-making across the product team by collecting and analyzing relevant metrics.
- Ensure the right balance of resources and priorities across the product roadmap.
- Identify and implement improvements to the existing user experience and platform performance.
Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E + MBA from a reputed institution.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on B2C digital products and mobile apps.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing cross-functional teams and deliver successful products to market.
- Proven experience in driving engagement and growth metrics such as DAU, MAU, app downloads, and page views.
- Hands-on experience with third-party marketing and analytics tools like Google AdWords, CleverTap, Branch, WhatsApp APIs, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Familiarity with current digital product technologies; basic design skills are a plus.
