Job summary

Chronus, headquartered in Chennai, India, seeks a HeadofProduct to lead product strategy, design, and research for a high-growth HRTech platform. The role drives platform expansion, oversees product teams, and partners with executive stakeholders to align with enterprise buyers.

You will own the roadmap, define successful go-to-market outcomes, and shepherd products from concept to production in a global SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with 4+ years leading PM/Design/Research in a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience shipping AI/ML-powered capabilities at enterprise scale from prototype to production.
• Deep familiarity with HRTech, L&D, or talent management ecosystems and CHROs’ evaluation processes.
• Experience taking a product through platform expansion or category transition.
• Track record with growth-stage or PE-backed companies where product decisions impact revenue and investor confidence.
