Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, SCM, Business or related field.
• 15+ years procurement experience, with 5–7 years in senior leadership.
• Proven experience in aerospace, space-tech, defence, or complex engineering industries.
• Expertise in global sourcing, contract management, and commercial negotiations.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Procurement to lead global sourcing, supplier management, cost optimization, and procurement operations across engineering, manufacturing, and satellite operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies, policies, and governance frameworks while managing global sourcing of EEE components, aerospace mechanicals, and manufacturing equipment.
• Build a reliable global supplier network, negotiate long-term agreements, and drive cost savings, value engineering, and supply chain continuity.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to improve supplier performance, manage risks, and optimize budgets and inventory.
• Establish procurement SOPs, compliance controls, and risk management processes while leading SAP MM/ERP operations and digitalization.
• Build and mentor a high-performing procurement team, track key procurement metrics, and drive data-backed decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, with 15+ years of procurement experience, including 5–7 years in senior leadership.
• Proven experience in aerospace, space-tech, defence, advanced electronics, or complex engineering industries, with expertise in global sourcing, technical procurement, contract management, and commercial negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM/ERP, procurement governance, cost optimization, supplier development, and global supply chain risk management.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience sourcing space-grade or military-grade EEE components and precision-machined parts, with knowledge of AS9100D and aerospace supplier qualification.
• Familiarity with ITAR, customs, Incoterms, global supply chain disruptions, and certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or FCIPS.
• Experience in procurement analytics, digitalization, and enterprise-wide ERP transformation.
