Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience across Product Management, Platform Engineering, Enterprise Software, Cloud Infrastructure, UX Leadership, or related technical leadership domains.
• Prior experience leading Product Managers and UX/Product Design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the platform roadmap across cloud infrastructure, AI infrastructure, orchestration, marketplace, and platform services.
• Drive prioritization, roadmap governance, dependency management, release coordination, and execution visibility across the platform portfolio.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers and UX professionals across multiple platform domains.
• Define capability expectations, career development frameworks, and operating standards for Platform Management and UX organization.
• Ensure platform experiences are optimized for usability, workflow clarity, operational efficiency, enterprise-scale administration, and consistent information architecture.
• Work with Software Engineering, Platform CoE, DevOps, Architecture, Support/Ops, Project Management and Business stakeholders for alignment.
• Establish scalable governance, planning, review, and release management frameworks to improve execution predictability.

Job description

We are looking for a Head of Platform Design & Experience to lead the Platform Product Management and UX functions across our existing and upcoming cloud platform portfolio, including sovereign and Enterprise public cloud platforms and associated platform tooling. This role will serve as the operational leader for the Platform Design & Experience organisation, working closely with executive leadership to translate strategic direction into scalable execution, roadmap governance, platform usability improvements, and organisational maturity.

Experience:

15+ years of experience across Product Management, Platform Engineering, Enterprise Software, Cloud Infrastructure, UX Leadership, or related technical leadership domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of the company’s platform roadmap across cloud infrastructure, AI infrastructure, orchestration, marketplace, and platform services.
• Drive prioritization, roadmap governance, dependency management, release coordination, and execution visibility across the platform portfolio.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers and UX professionals across multiple platform domains.
• Build a strong execution-focused culture centered around ownership, technical depth, operational clarity, delivery discipline, and user-centric thinking.
• Define capability expectations, career development frameworks, and operating standards for the Platform Management and UX organization.
• Ensure platform experiences are optimized for usability, workflow clarity, operational efficiency, enterprise-scale administration, and consistent information architecture.
• Work closely with Software Engineering, Platform CoE, DevOps, Architecture, Support/Ops, Project Management and Business stakeholders to ensure effective execution and organizational alignment.
• Establish scalable governance, planning, review, and release management frameworks to improve execution predictability and organisational maturity.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to roadmap execution, release health, operational efficiency, platform adoption, and customer outcomes.
• Maintain strong awareness of cloud infrastructure trends, Kubernetes ecosystems, virtualization technologies, AI infrastructure platforms, cloud marketplaces, observability tooling, and Enterprise operational workflows.

Must-Have Skills:

• 15+ years of experience across Product Management, Platform Engineering, Enterprise Software, Cloud Infrastructure, UX Leadership, or related technical leadership domains.
• Prior experience leading Product Managers and UX/Product Design teams.

Strong understanding of:
