Role & responsibilities
Branding & Communication
- Define and implement brand positioning and identity across all projects and corporate communication.
- Drive rebranding, campaign ideation, and storytelling initiatives to strengthen brand equity.
- Ensure consistent brand voice across offline and digital channels.
Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute marketing plans for residential and commercial real estate projects, from pre-launch to post-possession.
- Build and oversee integrated campaigns including digital, print, outdoor, events, and influencer marketing.
- Monitor competitor activities and conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
Digital Marketing & Content
- Lead social media strategy, performance marketing, and SEO/SEM campaigns.
- Oversee production of high-quality digital assets including videos, drone shoots, virtual tours, and project microsites.
- Create lead-generation funnels via email, WhatsApp, SMS, and other channels.
Sales & CRM Support
- Partner with sales teams to craft impactful pitch decks, brochures, and marketing collateral.
- Support pre-launch and launch activities with targeted campaigns to attract channel partners and buyers.
- Leverage analytics to optimize conversion rates and ROI on campaigns.
Leadership & Team Management
- Build, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals and external agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, CRM, project teams) to ensure alignment.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively with focus on ROI.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: 10 years in branding, marketing, and communication, preferably in real estate or luxury/lifestyle industries.
- Skills:
- Strong expertise in brand strategy, campaign management, and storytelling.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, video content creation, and performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of real estate pre-launch and launch cycles.
- Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Other: Creative mindset, strong leadership abilities, and ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Education: MBA in Marketing / Mass Communication / related field (preferred).
