The role requires 4–10 years in IB/M&A within healthcare, strong modeling and valuation skills, and the ability to manage multi-stakeholder negotiations across major Indian cities.

Qualifications

• 4 to 10 years of professional experience in Investment Banking, M&A, or Transaction Advisory with focus on healthcare or life sciences.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques (DCF, Comps, Precedent Transactions), and deal structuring.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and lead cross-functional teams during high-pressure deal environments.
• Ability to communicate complex financial and strategic concepts to senior management and external stakeholders.
