mindZvue seeks a Head of Finance to own and modernize the finance function for its India operations, working closely with the CEO, CGO, and CTO. You will drive FP&A, accounting, and controls, and manage intercompany collaboration with the US entity in a fast-growing AI-native Salesforce consultancy.

You will lead a lean team across India (Pune & Nagpur) with a strong emphasis on automation, AI-enabled finance, and strategic partnerships with founders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience with 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in IT services/consulting or global offshore delivery is a plus.
• Hands-on India–US intercompany and transfer pricing knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end finance for mindZvue Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Pune/Nagpur) including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with leadership.
• Drive monthly MIS and board-/founder-level reporting.

mindZvue is scaling fast across two entities—mindZvue LLC (US) and mindZvue Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (India)—and we are looking for a Head of Finance to own and modernize the entire finance function for our India operations. This is a builder's role: you will lead financial planning, compliance, and controls, formalize inter company operations with our US entity.

You will be a core member of the leadership team, working directly with the CEO, CGO, and CTO — with a mandate to make finance a strategic advantage, not a back office.

What You'll Do

Financial Leadership & Strategy

• end-to-end financial management for mindZvue Technologies Pvt. Ltd. — P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital.
• annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning, partnering with delivery and sales leadership on utilization, margins, and pricing.
• monthly MIS and leadership reporting — revenue, margin, cost, and cash dashboards that drive decisions.

Accounting, Compliance & Controls

• monthly/quarterly/annual close on Zoho Books, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit-readiness.
• statutory compliance — GST, TDS, PF/ESI, Professional Tax, ROC/MCA filings, and income tax — working with external advisors and auditors.
• Intercompany operations with the US entity — transfer pricing documentation, Intercompany agreements, invoicing, and FEMA/RBI compliance.
• internal controls, approval workflows, and financial policies across procurement, expense, and payroll.

Payroll, Treasury & Operations

• payroll for 100+ employees, including appraisal-cycle payouts, variable pay/TBP programs, and reimbursements.
• banking relationships, cash positioning, and multi-account treasury across entities.
• vendor contracts, insurance, and finance-related legal coordination.

Systems & AI-Enabled Finance

• automation and AI in finance operations — reconciliations, variance commentary, forecasting, and reporting.

Team Leadership

• build and lead a lean, high-caliber finance and accounts team; develop talent and succession depth.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Experience & Expertise

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, with 4+ years leading a finance function — ideally in IT services, consulting, or a global capability/offshore delivery environment.
• Hands-on experience with India–US Intercompany structures, transfer pricing, and FEMA compliance.
• Strong command of Indian statutory and tax compliance (GST, TDS, PF/ESI, ROC, income tax) and audit management.
• Experience in a founder-led, high-growth company is a strong plus — you know how to build systems, not just run them.

Skills & Tools

• Expert with Zoho Books / QuickBooks or comparable ERP/accounting platforms; advanced Excel/Sheets modeling.
• Strong FP&A and MIS reporting capability — comfortable presenting to founders and boards.
• Curiosity about AI-enabled finance — openness to using AI and automation tools to run a leaner, smarter function.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) strongly preferred; CMA / MBA (Finance) with equivalent experience considered.
