mindZvue Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Pune and Nagpur invites applications for Head of Finance. You will own the finance function, drive strategy, ensure statutory compliance, and build scalable processes across India and the US entity.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and month-end close with a hands-on approach to governance, controls, and AI-enabled finance. This role requires 12+ years of experience and strong leadership in a fast-growing IT/AI-enabled services environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, with 4+ years leading a finance function in IT services/consulting
• Hands-on India-US intercompany structures, transfer pricing, and FEMA compliance
• Strong command of Indian statutory and tax compliance (GST, TDS, PF/ESI, ROC, income tax) and audit management

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial management for P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning with leadership on utilization, margins, and pricing
• Deliver monthly MIS and leadership reporting on revenue, margin, cost, and cash to drive decisions
• Own monthly/quarterly/annual close on Zoho Books with audit-ready accuracy
• Formalize intercompany operations with the US entity including transfer pricing documentation
• Strengthen internal controls, approval workflows, and financial policies across procurement, expense, and payroll
• Oversee payroll for 100+ employees and manage banking relationships and treasury
• Champion automation and AI in finance operations

mindZvue is scaling fast across two entities - mindZvue LLC (US) and mindZvue Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (India) - and we are looking for a Head of Finance to own and modernize the entire finance function for our India operations. This is a builder's role: you will lead financial planning, compliance, and controls, formalize inter company operations with our US entity.

You will be a core member of the leadership team, working directly with the CEO, CGO, and CTO - with a mandate to make finance a strategic advantage, not a back office.

What You'll Do

Financial Leadership & Strategy

• Own end-to-end financial management for mindZvue Technologies Pvt. Ltd. - P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital.
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning, partnering with delivery and sales leadership on utilization, margins, and pricing.
• Deliver crisp monthly MIS and leadership reporting - revenue, margin, cost, and cash dashboards that drive decisions.

Accounting, Compliance & Controls

• Own the monthly/quarterly/annual close on Zoho Books, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit-readiness.
• Ensure full statutory compliance - GST, TDS, PF/ESI, Professional Tax, ROC/MCA filings, and income tax - working with external advisors and auditors.
• Formalize and manage Intercompany operations with the US entity - transfer pricing documentation, Intercompany agreements, invoicing, and FEMA/RBI compliance.
• Strengthen internal controls, approval workflows, and financial policies across procurement, expense, and payroll.

Payroll, Treasury & Operations

• Oversee payroll for 100+ employees, including appraisal-cycle payouts, variable pay/TBP programs, and reimbursements.
• Manage banking relationships, cash positioning, and multi-account treasury across entities.
• Own vendor contracts, insurance, and finance-related legal coordination.

Systems & AI-Enabled Finance

• Champion automation and AI in finance operations - reconciliations, variance commentary, forecasting, and reporting.

Team Leadership

• Build and lead a lean, high-caliber finance and accounts team; develop talent and succession depth.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Experience & Expertise

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, with 4+ years leading a finance function - ideally in IT services, consulting, or a global capability/offshore delivery environment.
• Hands-on experience with India-US Intercompany structures, transfer pricing, and FEMA compliance.
• Strong command of Indian statutory and tax compliance (GST, TDS, PF/ESI, ROC, income tax) and audit management.
• Experience in a founder-led, high-growth company is a strong plus - you know how to build systems, not just run them.

Skills & Tools

• Expert with Zoho Books / QuickBooks or comparable ERP/accounting platforms; advanced Excel/Sheets modeling.
• Strong FP&A and MIS reporting capability - comfortable presenting to founders and boards.
• Curiosity about AI-enabled finance - openness to using AI and automation tools to run a leaner, smarter function.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) strongly preferred; CMA / MBA (Finance) with equivalent experience considered.
