Facilities Management
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and security of all physical infrastructure.
  • Manage renovations, expansions, and capital improvement projects.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant working environment in line with health and safety regulations.
  • Supervise facility vendors and service contracts.
Logistics Management
  • Lead planning and execution of supply chain logistics, including warehousing, inventory, and distribution.
  • Monitor and improve logistics performance, costs, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-departmentally to align logistics operations with business goals.
Transport Management
  • Manage company-owned and third-party transportation services for goods and staff.
  • Optimize routes, schedules, and fuel usage for operational efficiency.
  • Ensure vehicle upkeep, driver compliance, and transport safety measures.
  • Implement tracking and transport management systems.
POSH Compliance and Workplace Safety
  • Ensure strict adherence to the POSH Act, 2013, across all facilities, logistics sites, and transport operations.
  • Work in collaboration with HR and the Internal Committee (IC) to promote a safe and respectful workplace.
  • Ensure that transport and facility arrangements for female employees are secure and sensitive to their safety needs.
  • Conduct awareness training on POSH policies and workplace conduct, especially for staff working in facilities and logistics roles.
  • Support reporting, investigation, and resolution of any POSH-related complaints or incidents in a confidential and compliant manner.
Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead, train, and motivate teams across all areas of responsibility.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost control without compromising service quality.
  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement, sustainability, and compliance.
  • Develop SOPs and emergency response plans for all operations under the department.
