Qualifications

• Strong experience in Indian equity markets with exposure to both buy-side and sell-side research.
• Proven track record in fundamental analysis and stock picking.
• Experience leading or managing research teams.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and market cycles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• MBA/CFA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Research to lead our equity research function, with a strong focus on the Indian equity markets. The role requires deep expertise in fundamental analysis, proven experience across buy-side and sell-side research, and the ability to lead and mentor a high-performing research team.
