Overview

We are seeking a Head of Engineering to lead the design and scaling of cloud-native, distributed, and AI-powered backend systems. The role focuses on building high-performance platforms using Node.js, Python, and cloud technologies, with emphasis on scalability, reliability, and real-time system performance.

You will drive the architecture of multi-tenant SaaS platforms, integrating event-driven systems, streaming technologies, and LLM-based AI workflows, while ensuring engineering excellence and system stability at scale.

• Drive architecture of cloud-native, distributed services with emphasis on scalability and reliability.


• Oversee integration of event-driven systems, streaming technologies, and AI workflows.

Must-Have Qualifications
