Saffron Edge is seeking a Lead for its AI Search practice across GEO, AEO, AIO and Organic Growth to own strategy, innovation, client success, framework development, and team leadership. You will build scalable frameworks, mentor high‑performing teams, and guide enterprise clients and executive stakeholders, measuring success by AI visibility, pipeline, and revenue impact.

Lead Saffron Edge's AI Search practice across GEO, AEO, AIO and Organic Growth. Own strategy, innovation, client success, framework development, and team leadership. Success is measured by AI visibility, pipeline, revenue impact, customer satisfaction, and proprietary capability.

Knowledge & Experience:

• 8-12+ years in Organic Growth / Search Strategy.
• 5+ years leading high-performing teams.
• Experience managing enterprise and mid-market GEO, AEO, AIO and Organic Growth programs.
• Experience advising enterprise clients and executive stakeholders.
• Built scalable frameworks, methodologies and playbooks.
• Strong B2B demand generation and commercial understanding.

• LLM retrieval, AI citations, semantic search, knowledge graphs
• Entity optimization, RAG, vector search fundamentals
