Joblet-AI is seeking a Head of Algorithm Development to lead a fully remote, globally distributed team. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution to drive data-driven decisions and operational excellence across the organization.

You will champion KPI governance, guide advanced analytics initiatives, and build scalable BI dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and Looker, while fostering a culture of performance, learning, and innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
