Head of Sales - OEM & Industrial Sales

Objective of the Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Head responsible for leading the sales function, developing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth across the organization.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field / MBA in Sales and Marketing
Required Experience
  • 10-15 years of experience, preferably in the fuel & lubricant industry

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead high-performing sales teams, expand market reach, and achieve business targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market segments.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
  • Manage key client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive retention.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategy.
  • Set and achieve quarterly and annual sales goals, tracking performance metrics.
  • Promote a high-performance culture with clear goals, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Skills Required
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales within petrochemical, fuel, or related industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network within the fuel, petrochemical, and industrial customer base.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and G Suite.
