Responsibilities

Job description
Key Account Management (India – 2-3 Strategic Accounts)
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CXO and senior stakeholders within assigned accounts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and incremental revenue through tailored account strategies.
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across product and service portfolios.
  • Prepare and execute detailed account plans, forecasting, and sales reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (service, marketing, product, and logistics) to ensure seamless delivery to clients.
International Market Development (Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal & Neighbouring Countries)
  • Build and expand company presence in emerging South Asian markets.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners/distributors where relevant.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop tailored go-to-market strategies for each country, aligned with regional business priorities.
  • Partner with local stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth market entry.
  • Drive incremental revenue by converting new opportunities into sustainable business.
  • Support in setting up customer success processes and after-sales service excellence in new markets.
Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Achieve/exceed annual sales and revenue targets across assigned accounts and international markets.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and pipelines for both domestic and international business.
  • Lead executive business reviews (EBRs) with CXOs and decision-makers.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
  • Track competitor landscape and industry trends across India and neighbouring countries.
  • Provide market insights to product and marketing teams to shape future offerings.
  • Recommend pricing strategies tailored to local markets while maintaining profitability.
Customer Engagement & Support
  • Deliver customer presentations, proposals, and solutions aligned to client requirements.
  • Ensure a high standard of after-sales service, building customer trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.
Travel & On-Site Engagement
  • Frequent travel across India and international markets for client meetings, distributor engagement, and market development.
  • Represent the organization in regional trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.
