Responsibilities

• Design and implement MIS frameworks across departments.
• Standardize Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting and dashboards.
• Drive financial and operational performance analysis.
• Provide insights on costing, profitability, margins and business performance.
• Prepare Management/MD Review Decks and Board MIS.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and governance of business data.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders for timely reporting.
• Work closely with ERP teams and drive reporting automation.
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards.
• Track key business metrics and action points from management reviews.

Premier institute background (IIT/IIM or equivalent) preferred

We are looking for an accomplished Head – MIS & Business Analytics who can establish and drive a robust, company-wide MIS framework and provide actionable business insights to senior management.

The ideal candidate should bring a strong combination of MIS, Business Analytics, FP&A and Costing expertise, with the ability to translate complex financial and operational data into meaningful insights for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement MIS frameworks across departments
• Standardize Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting and dashboards
• Drive financial and operational performance analysis
• Provide strong insights on costing, profitability, margins and business performance
• Prepare Management/MD Review Decks and Board MIS
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and governance of business data
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders for timely reporting
• Work closely with ERP teams and drive reporting automation
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards
• Track key business metrics and action points from management reviews

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• CA background strongly preferred
• Strong hands-on exposure to Costing, MIS, Business Analytics and FP&A
• 10–15 years of relevant experience
• Candidates from premier institutes such as IITs/IIMs or equivalent institutes will be preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP and Power BI
• Strong analytical and business acumen
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership/MD and provide decision-making insights
