Overview

Head of Maintenance & Administration (Experienced Engineers Only )

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating all maintenance activities of Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Repair, Plumbing, Carpentry work, and Vehicle repair & maintenance in the Factory and outlets.
  • Getting AMC for any new equipment and renewing AMCs for existing equipment & coordinating the activities.
  • Enquiries & Looking into the technical details of all new equipment purchasing for the Factory and outlets & obtaining the quotations.
  • Evaluate supplier/vendor based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities, negotiating contract and terms to achieve optimal value.
  • Supervising the Installation of new equipment.
  • Indenting of Tools.
  • Asset Management and documentation.
  • Checking & making of all monthly & Fortnightly Bills (Gas & Electricity)
  • Prioritizing maintenance work that needs to be done based on the criticality of the job.
  • Follow up on urgently needed purchase Items.
  • Responsible for Housekeeping and Cleanliness of the production area of the Factory and its premises.
  • Responsible for managing the Admin, Maintenance, and housekeeping team.
  • Co-ordinating Pest Control activities at the Factory.
  • Oversee inventory management of machine spare parts, cleaning supplies, and equipment, including requisitions for restocking.
Preferred candidate profile
  • BE/BTech with Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • Should have worked as Maintenance & Admin Head for a minimum of 5 years.
  • Strong leadership, Organisational, and communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
