Key Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy for AI platforms and guide the shift from traditional systems to agent‑based and entity‑centric architectures.
• Define approaches for LLM orchestration, context memory, and AI workflow integration.
• Build and scale a distributed engineering team using a Hub & Spoke model.
• Mentor senior engineers and establish strong engineering practices across teams.
• Oversee platform reliability, security, and performance at scale.
• Implement AI‑native operational metrics, including agent accuracy and cost efficiency.
• Partner with product leadership to develop long‑term roadmaps and technical priorities.
• Provide direction on build‑vs‑buy decisions for AI components and system integrations.
