Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a seasoned Head of Investor Relations in Mumbai. You will lead IR strategy, manage relations with institutional investors and analysts, and shape communications around financial performance, strategy and growth outlook.

You will oversee earnings communications, roadshows and disclosures, and work closely with the Chairman, CEO, CFO and Board to enhance shareholder value. ESG reporting and ratings agency engagement are key focus areas.

Qualifications

• CA/CFA/MBA or equivalent finance qualification.
• 9–12+ years of IR experience, ideally in a publicly listed organisation.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, corporate finance, and valuation.
• Proven track record engaging with institutional investors and analysts.
• Experience with ESG/BRSR disclosures and investor communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead investor relations strategy and manage relationships with institutional investors, equity analysts and other capital market stakeholders.
• Prepare investor presentations, quarterly earnings materials, annual reports and other financial disclosures.
• Communicate the company's financial performance, business strategy and growth outlook to the investment community.

• Build and strengthen the IR function as the organisation grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead investor relations strategy and manage relationships with institutional investors, equity analysts and other capital market stakeholders.
• Prepare investor presentations, quarterly earnings materials, annual reports and other financial disclosures.
• Communicate the company's financial performance, business strategy and growth outlook to the investment community.
• Manage quarterly earnings calls, investor meetings, investor days and domestic and international roadshows.
• Oversee credit rating agency engagements and investor-facing ESG/BRSR disclosures.
• Monitor investor sentiment, market trends, peer performance and analyst consensus.
• Work closely with the Chairman, CEO, CFO and Board on investor engagement and shareholder value creation.
• Support investor communication for strategic initiatives, partnerships, joint ventures and M&A transactions.
• Build and strengthen the Investor Relations function as the organisation grows.

Key Requirements:

• CA / CFA / MBA in Finance or a relevant postgraduate qualification.
• 9 - 12+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Investor Relations within a publicly listed organisation.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, corporate finance, financial modelling and valuation.
• Proven experience engaging with institutional investors, sell-side analysts and credit rating agencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in ESG/BRSR disclosures and investor communications.
