Job summary

Aakriti Constructions & Developers in Hyderabad invites an experienced Design Head to lead residential interior design projects for flats and apartments from concept to execution.

You will develop space plans, 2D/3D drawings, renders, and working drawings, while guiding a design team, engaging clients, and ensuring timely delivery with quality standards. Fluency in English, Telugu and Hindi is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of residential interior design experience.
• Strong experience with residential flats and apartments.
• Excellent 3D modelling and rendering skills.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, hardware and modular furniture.
• Excellent client handling, communication and negotiation skills.
• English, Telugu and Hindi – Mandatory.
