Job summary

Piramal Nextgen Industries Pvt Ltd is seeking a Lead Interior Designer to drive concept development through project execution in Mumbai. You will lead an interdisciplinary team, coordinate with architecture, MEP, procurement, and site teams, and ensure client satisfaction, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

The role demands extensive leadership, design coordination, and hands-on involvement with high-end residential and corporate fit-outs, with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field.
• 18–20 years of relevant experience in turnkey contracting, high-end residential, and corporate fit-outs.
• Strong leadership, client management, design coordination, and project execution skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Thorough understanding of materials, finishes, BOQs, budgets and site execution.
