Job summary

T-Hub in Hyderabad is seeking an accomplished leader to build and scale startup and innovation programs. You will combine strategic thinking, ecosystem depth, execution, and financial ownership to drive measurable outcomes across incubation, acceleration and academia partnerships.

You will define the strategic roadmap, build a high-performing team, manage governance and KPIs, and develop sustainable revenue streams while coordinating with government, industry and academia to unlock global

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in innovation, startups, or ecosystem development.
• Proven P&L ownership and sustainability track record.
• Experience with government programs, grants, and academia preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into execution with measurable outcomes.

T-Hub is looking for an experienced leader to build and scale high-impact startup and innovation programs. We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking, ecosystem depth, strong execution and financial ownership to drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the function.
• Build and scale incubation, acceleration and academia-focused programs.
• Drive startup identification, engagement, mentorship, market access and ecosystem partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with government, corporates, academia, investors and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Own governance, compliance, program KPIs and impact reporting.
• Develop sustainable revenue streams and drive financial self-sustainability.
• Lead fundraising through government grants, CSR, foundations and global programs.
• Build and lead a high-performing team with strong ownership and execution.

Who We’re Looking For

• 10–15 years of relevant experience across innovation, startups, technology, entrepreneurship or ecosystem development.
• Proven experience owning P&L / financial performance and driving sustainability.
• Strong track record of working with startups and senior government/industry stakeholders.
• Experience working with government programs, grants and academia is preferred.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to independently translate strategy into execution and measurable outcomes.
• Builder mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and willing to be hands-on.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; technical background preferred.
